How do families add photos? Open a project, choose “Send Link to Family,” and share the link by email, text, WhatsApp, or QR code. Uploads appear in real time.
Can I edit a video after creating it? Yes. Open the project from your dashboard to change details, media, music, and re-render.
What photo formats are supported? JPG, PNG, HEIC, and common video formats (MP4, MOV), up to 50MB each.
How long does rendering take? Most videos finish within a few minutes. You’ll see a live preview while the HD version renders.
